We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased has a defective packaging or the product’s “Best to use by” date was expired at the time of purchasing the product. If you think that receive a defective or expired item, you can ask for a refund by following below steps:
- Take a picture of a defect product and its packaging.
- On the product packaging, you will find below details. Note these details
- Manufactoring date
- Best to use by / Before date
- Batch number.
- Write to refunds@soulfoodsindia.com and send the above information.
- Refund will be sent using the same mode of transaction that was used by buying the product (e.g. Credit card/Zelle/Venmo).
- For a cash transaction, you can bring a defect product to the store to get the refund.
- Please provide 7 days after sending an email to process the refund.
