Program

Soul Foods India Order Updates, operated by Soul Foods India LLC, 4681 Ohio Drive, Frisco, TX.

What we send

When you place a phone order with us and agree to receive texts, we send messages about that order only: an order confirmation, a secure link to pay for your order, and a notice when your order is ready for pickup. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.

How you opt in

During your phone order, we ask:

"Can we text your order confirmation and payment link to this number? Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out."

We text you only if you say yes. If you say no, you can pay when you pick up your order. We keep a record of each consent with the phone number, date and time.

Message frequency

Varies by order, typically 1 to 3 messages per order.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Soul Foods India does not charge for these texts.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
